YWCA Development Director

Position: YWCA Development Director Role
Drive fundraising initiatives at YWCA Saskatoon as the Director of Development and Engagement. Focus on strategic philanthropy and community relations to ensure long-term sustainability.

As a key leader, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the mission of YWCA Saskatoon through effective fund development strategies. You will be responsible for generating philanthropic revenue using major gifts, grants, and community partnerships. Your leadership will guide the marketing and communications initiatives to boost public engagement and awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fund development and marketing strategies

• Monitor and evaluate multi-year Fund Development Plan

• Collaborate on brand and communication strategies

• Represent YWCA Saskatoon in community engagements

• Ensure alignment of departmental plans with organizational goals
