We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate with a commitment to delivering high-quality meals. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes meet our standards for taste and presentation while adhering to food safety regulations.

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist in the planning of menus and daily specials, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety guidelines and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely meal service.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when reordering is necessary.
• Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.
• Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes, feedback, and improvements.

• Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and safety standards is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• A passion for cooking and creativity in meal preparation is highly valued.
• Willing to clear food handling certificate.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
