• Accept payment (cash, debit, credit)
• Handle guest requests
• Prepare, heat, and finish food/beverage items
• Use manual appliances to slice food items
• Stock refrigerators and sandwich bar
• Keep records of the quantities of food used/prepped
• Cross training between storefront, drive-thru, sandwich bar, and baking

• Wash and cut vegetables
• clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces
• storage racks

• unpack and store supplies in refrigerators
• freezers and other storage areas
• remove kitchen garbage
• handle cleaning products
• sweep and mop floors

• Operate dishwashers to wash dishes

• clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher carts and garbage units
