Restaurant Server - Full Time

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Full-Time Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. We also have a busy banquet and catering department. • Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Present menus to guests and answer any questions regarding menu items
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
• Prepare bills and process payments using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with Banquet and Catering setups and takedowns
• work with the Banquet & Catering team during service both on and off site

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or customer service role preferred but is not necessary
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well within a team
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
