We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and help take our service to the next level.

What You’ll Do
As the Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading the team, and ensuring high standards in customer service, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Manage and supervise front-of-house staff (servers, hosts, etc.)Ensure top-notch customer service and handle guest concerns professionally

Coordinate scheduling, training, and performance reviews

Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships

Track sales, manage budgets, and report

Support marketing efforts and community engagement activities

Qualifications
Proven experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor (2+ years preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Excellent customer service mindset

Knowledge of financial reporting

Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must reside in Saskatoon and be legally eligible to work in Canada Must have access to reliable transportation
