ONroute is seeking energetic and friendly full-time Team Members to enhance their crew at A & W. Candidates will engage with customers, take orders, prepare food, and maintain cleanliness throughout the plaza. This role is essential in providing quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction during busy hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers with a positive attitude

• Take orders and process payments accurately

• Prepare food and beverages in line with safety standards

• Manage mobile orders efficiently for customer convenience

• Maintain cleanliness of surfaces and dining areas

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or retail preferred

• Reliable transportation to the Dutton plaza

• Strong teamwork and accountability skills

• Positive attitude and customer-focused mentality

• Ability to adapt and work under pressure
