As part of Riverstone Retirement Communities, Willowbend offers a supportive environment for a Casual Dining room Server. In this role, you will utilize your food service experience to engage with residents, serving their meals based on dietary needs. You'll monitor dining area safety and maintain cleanliness for an enjoyable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve food to residents while respecting dietary restrictions
• Clear and load dishes into the dishwasher and perform manual washing
• Prepare dining tables according to facility standards
• Communicate any supply needs to the Dining Room Manager
• Document resident feedback with the daily Meal Monitor
Requirements:
• Experience in food service, especially with the elderly
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
• Knowledge of safe food handling and WHMIS
• Strong communication skills with residents and families
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a caregiving environment
Provide top-tier dining service at Willowbend and enjoy enriching resident interactions daily.
