In this role, you will greet and assist patrons by presenting menus and making recommendations about our food and drink offerings. Your responsibilities will also include taking and relaying orders to the kitchen and bar, as well as processing payments accurately. A Serving It Right Certificate and legal age to serve alcohol are necessary for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers and deliver menus
• Accurately take and relay orders for timely service
• Serve food and beverages with enthusiasm
• Clear dishes and maintain cleanliness at tables
• Manage payments and sales transactions
Requirements:
• Must be legally permitted to serve alcohol
• Serving It Right Certificate required
• Strong customer service orientation
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights
• Previous experience in a restaurant setting is a plus
