Key Responsibilities:

• Sanitize kitchens and service equipment as assigned

• Keep work areas free from hazards and clean

• Operate dishwashing units and manage waste disposal

• Perform steam cleaning of kitchen elements

• Stock essential supplies for both culinary and serving teams

Requirements:

• Must lift weights up to 50 lbs consistently

• Will work 8-hour shifts in various conditions
