- Prepare meals for seniors residence (108 residents). Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Responsible for proper preparation and presentation.
- Day, evening, and weekend work.
- Inspect food supplies.
- Check incoming food supplies.
- Wash pots and equipment.
- Clean cooking area and other kitchen equipment.
- Load, operate and empty dishwasher.
- Must have experience in quantity food preparation and the preparation of therapeutic diets; knowledge of proper food handling and storage; familiar with commercial kitchen equipment.
