Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily briefings, addressing VIP and spa considerations

• Assign and monitor team sections and service tasks

• Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance

• Handle guest concerns and escalate as required

• Manage shift documentation and cash handling procedures

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in food and beverage settings

• Leadership experience desired

• Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills

• Current Serve It Right Saskatchewan certification

• Flexible scheduling including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
