This Executive Chef role demands at least 8 years of experience in complex culinary operations. Your primary focus will include menu development, training kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of service. You will play a pivotal role in managing food services within budgetary constraints and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality meal preparation and service

• Direct compliance with food service management guidelines

• Manage inventory and product ordering

• Conduct daily safety meetings with kitchen staff

• Enhance customer relations through excellent service

Requirements:

• 8 years’ experience in an Executive Chef capacity

• Culinary Red Seal is mandatory

• Large facility experience such as universities is a plus

• Strong mentoring and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
