Door-To-Door Salesperson

** Roles and Responsibilities*
* * Go door-to-door in assigned neighbourhoods to source leads by introducing homeowners to BG Painting services and collecting contact information from interested parties.

* Record all leads accurately into our database for efficient follow-up and scheduling of free estimates.

* Track routes taken during canvassing sessions to optimize coverage and identify high-potential areas.

* Drop flyers at homes to build brand awareness and generate additional interest.

* Develop planning optimization strategies, like prioritizing neighbourhoods or timing shifts for maximum homeowner availability.

* * Motivated and driven to hit personal and team goals.

* Eager to learn sales and communication skills (training provided).

* Able to handle rejection professionally with a positive attitude.

* Personable, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers.

* Reliable for evening/weekend shifts and travel around Saskatoon and nearby communities.

* Shifts:

* Requires travel in Saskatoon and often to Martensville, Warman, Osler, Dalmeny, etc.
