You will leverage your personal and professional network to drive new business, deepen existing relationships, and expand multi‑line opportunities, while acting as a trusted advisor to sophisticated clients.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow a high‑value portfolio of VIP Personal Insurance clients.
Proactively drive new business through referrals, strategic partnerships, and your personal network.
Identify opportunities to round accounts, increase coverage, and cross‑sell in collaboration with Commercial and Venture teams.
Deliver exceptional service throughout the full policy lifecycle, including renewals, endorsements, and coverage reviews.
Identify coverage gaps and exposures and recommend appropriate risk management solutions.
Handle complex policy documentation accurately and maintain records.
Build strong internal and external relationships while consistently representing company values.
What We’re Looking For:
Must hold a Level 1 General Insurance License with relevant industry experience; willingness to obtain Level 2 is required.
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and consultative selling skills.
High level of organization, follow‑through, and business acumen.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with EPIC is an asset.
A client‑first mindset with a passion for growth, sales, and exceptional service.
