Become a key player in sales as a dedicated Call Center Agent. This full-time role offers hourly pay plus commission and bonuses based on your contributions to the team.

You’ll act as the first point of contact for clients, engaging them via phone to schedule appointments and promote our eco-friendly roofing services. Your communication prowess will directly influence the success of our outside sales team and enhance client relationships. Your daily interaction will lead to meaningful opportunities in a rewarding work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls to arrange roofing service meetings

• Conduct daily outreach to clients in our database

• Advocate for environmentally friendly roofing solutions

• Set up qualified appointments for your sales colleagues

• Collaborate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

• Strong phone communication skills

• Positive mindset and commitment to success

• High school diploma or GED required

• Valid driver's license for transportation

• Willingness to work 40 hours weekly, including occasional Saturdays
