Join The Sales Factory to tackle the outbound component of B2B strategies. This high-performing role emphasizes pipeline generation and relationship building with revenue leaders in medium to large revenue teams. Your success will hinge on consultative selling and managing multi-threaded sales cycles to achieve a minimum annual target of $1.8M.
Key Responsibilities:
• Self-source 10-25% of sales opportunities through outbound efforts
• Run discovery calls to understand client challenges
• Manage complex, consultative sales processes effectively
• Build relationships with CROs, VPs of Sales, and stakeholders
• Meet or exceed quota attainment of 75%+ annually
Requirements:
• Proven B2B sales expertise in medium to large deals
• Familiarity with US market dynamics and sales cycles
• Proficiency in Hub Spot CRM and Zoom Info
• Self-starter mindset with strong communication skills
• Experience engaging multiple stakeholders effectively
