About The Role

Peninsula Canada is a growing provider of HR and Health & Safety outsourcing solutions. We are expanding our high-performing Sales Team and are looking for driven, ambitious Business Development Managers.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Proactively self-generate new business opportunities, referrals, and appointments
  • Attend appointments booked by the Telemarketing partner as well as self-generated meetings
  • Build strong relationships with referral partners and introducers
  • Deliver value‑based, consultative sales presentations to business owners and senior decision‑makers
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Lead by example in a fast‑paced, high‑energy, high‑reward sales culture
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of new‑business success
  • Confidence selling to Business Owners, Directors, and HR decision‑makers
  • Consultative, value‑driven sales style
  • High energy, resilience, and a strong desire to win
  • Self‑motivation with the ability to work autonomously while being part of a team

(Industry experience is not required — training will be provided.)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $60,000 – $75,000
  • Realistic first‑year earnings: $150,000 – $200,000+
  • Top performers: $400,000+ (uncapped commission)
