We’re looking for driven, sports-obsessed students who want hands‑on experience in sales, marketing, and business development within a fast‑growing startup. As a Business Development Associate, you’ll play a key role in launching and growing Hot Takes within your community. You’ll be responsible for driving app adoption through peer‑to‑peer promotion, creative events, and strategic outreach. This is an entrepreneurial, results‑driven role where you’ll directly see the impact of your work.

• Drive growth to Hot Takes’ digital assets through word‑of‑mouth, social media, and in‑person events
• Host and promote sports‑viewing gatherings and campus/community activations
• Educate peers on responsible, informed sports betting using the Hot Takes platform
• Collect user feedback and collaborate with the internal team to improve the product
• Build brand awareness through your personal and professional network
• Passionate about sports and sports culture
• Interested in sales, marketing, business development, or entrepreneurship
• Comfortable working in a performance‑based role
• Confident, outgoing, and self‑motivated
• Able to work independently while taking feedback and direction

• Competitive Performance-Based Compensation: Fully commission‑based, with earnings tied directly to user acquisition and activation
• Average BDA typically earns the equivalent of $30+/hour
• Uncapped Commission:

• Time commitment: 5-30 hours per week based on your availability (part‑time, fully‑remote)
