Thisrolerequiresprofessionalswhoareselfdescribed“hunters”.Theexpectationofthisroleisthatyouwillactivelyhunt
fornewbusinessprospectswhilealsobeingskilledatcultivatingrelationshipswithexistingclients.
Youshouldhavea
knackforidentifyingpotentialclients,initiating contact,andeffectivelypitchingsolutionsthatmeettheclients'needs.
Thiscombinationofprospectingandrelationship buildingiscrucialforsustainedsuccessinthecompetitivefield
ofinsurancesales.
Responsibilities- Managetheentiresalesprocess,frominitialcontacttothecloseofthedeal.
- Understandclientneedsandpresenttailoredsolutions,effectivelydemonstratingthevalueofourinsurance
productsandservices.
- Collaboratewithinternalteamstoensureseamlessimplementationanddeliveryofsolutionstoclients.
- Continuouslyexpandyourknowledgeofourofferingsandindustrytrendstostayaheadofthecompetition.
- Keeporganizedrecordsandtrackingprogresstowardbusinessgoalsandquotasusing Salesforce.
- Leverage Excel,Salesforce,and Saleslofttostreamlineyoursalesactivities,track progress,andoptimizeyour
performance.
- Strategicplanningwithyourmanagertoconstantlyfinetuneyourterritoryapproachtoimproveoverallsalesresultsonaweekly,monthly,&quarterly basis.
- Youwillreceiveleadsfromavarietyofsources(BDR’s,Marketing,Partnerships),buttheexpectationwillalsobe
togeneratenewbusinessopportunitiesonyourownaswell.
- Collaboratewithourinternal
GRSteamtosupportclientrequirementsforfinancialplanningsupportservicesandorretirement/investmentplansaspartoftheir
Group

- Mandatory requirement:licensedinsuranceadvisor-LLQP(Life,Accident and Sickness License ) andE&OCoverageinforceandingoodstandinginyourhome
province.

- Provenexperienceasasuccessful Account Executiveorinacomparablesalesrolewithintheinsuranceindustry specificallyingroupbenefits.
- Experienceworkinginabusiness-to-businesssalesenvironmentwithamulti-stagesalesprocess.
- Strongtrack-recordofindependentlygeneratingleads,qualifying prospects,andclosingdeals.
- Proficiencyinutilizing Excelfordataanalysisandreporting.
- Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft ,orsimilar
CRMandsalesautomationtools. - Excellentcommunicationandnegotiationskills,withtheabilitytobuildrapportandestablishtrustwithclients.
- Self-motivatedandtarget-driven,withapassionforexceedingsalesgoals.
- Strongorganizationalandtimemanagementabilitiestoeffectivelyprioritizetasksandmeetdeadlines.
Competitivecompensationpackagethatincludes Commission Schedule ,Benefits,GRSPmatchprogram,education/CE reimbursement,andvacationflex. Base compensation will be based on experience and capabilities in Group Sales $70,000-$110,000 - your sales performance and commission earnings will determine the rest.
