Thisrolerequiresprofessionalswhoareselfdescribed“hunters”.Theexpectationofthisroleisthatyouwillactivelyhunt

fornewbusinessprospectswhilealsobeingskilledatcultivatingrelationshipswithexistingclients.

Youshouldhavea

knackforidentifyingpotentialclients,initiating contact,andeffectivelypitchingsolutionsthatmeettheclients'needs.

Thiscombinationofprospectingandrelationship buildingiscrucialforsustainedsuccessinthecompetitivefield

ofinsurancesales.

Responsibilities
  • Managetheentiresalesprocess,frominitialcontacttothecloseofthedeal.
  • Understandclientneedsandpresenttailoredsolutions,effectivelydemonstratingthevalueofourinsurance

productsandservices.

  • Collaboratewithinternalteamstoensureseamlessimplementationanddeliveryofsolutionstoclients.
  • Continuouslyexpandyourknowledgeofourofferingsandindustrytrendstostayaheadofthecompetition.
  • Keeporganizedrecordsandtrackingprogresstowardbusinessgoalsandquotasusing Salesforce.
  • Leverage Excel,Salesforce,and Saleslofttostreamlineyoursalesactivities,track progress,andoptimizeyour

performance.

  • Strategicplanningwithyourmanagertoconstantlyfinetuneyourterritoryapproachtoimproveoverallsalesresultsonaweekly,monthly,&quarterly basis.
  • Youwillreceiveleadsfromavarietyofsources(BDR’s,Marketing,Partnerships),buttheexpectationwillalsobe

togeneratenewbusinessopportunitiesonyourownaswell.

    GRSteamtosupportclientrequirementsforfinancialplanningsupportservicesandorretirement/investmentplansaspartoftheir

Qualifications
  • Mandatory requirement:licensedinsuranceadvisor-LLQP(Life,Accident and Sickness License ) andE&OCoverageinforceandingoodstandinginyourhome

province.

  • Nicetohave:

    Life,Accident and Sickness Licenseinanyadditional Provincesorwillingtobelicensedinotherprovincesinthefuture .
  • Nicetohavebutnotrequired–Segregatedfundsexperience,CFP,CP,CEBSdesignationsorother.
  • Please note:

    Itisourcompanypolicyandaninsuranceregulationthatyouarelicensedintheprovinceinwhichthecustomers’businessisheadquarteredtoearncommissionincome.
Required Skills
  • Provenexperienceasasuccessful Account Executiveorinacomparablesalesrolewithintheinsuranceindustry  specificallyingroupbenefits.
  • Experienceworkinginabusiness-to-businesssalesenvironmentwithamulti-stagesalesprocess.
  • Strongtrack-recordofindependentlygeneratingleads,qualifying prospects,andclosingdeals.
  • Proficiencyinutilizing Excelfordataanalysisandreporting.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft ,orsimilar

    CRMandsalesautomationtools.
  • Excellentcommunicationandnegotiationskills,withtheabilitytobuildrapportandestablishtrustwithclients.
  • Self-motivatedandtarget-driven,withapassionforexceedingsalesgoals.
  • Strongorganizationalandtimemanagementabilitiestoeffectivelyprioritizetasksandmeetdeadlines.
Payrangeandcompensationpackage

Competitivecompensationpackagethatincludes Commission Schedule ,Benefits,GRSPmatchprogram,education/CE reimbursement,andvacationflex. Base compensation will be based on experience and capabilities in Group Sales $70,000-$110,000 - your sales performance and commission earnings will determine the rest.
