Achieve top line sales and standard margin budgetsPresent and execute Marketing promotions and programs to assigned customer base; develop, execute and track account plansDevelop and nurture strong account relationshipsIdentify new customer prospects and sell our products value propositionUse product and market knowledge to provide full business solutionsEffectively work with distribution and End User partnersDrive sales through End User activities, distributor sales work along with product demos and End User callsDesign and execute “sell in” and “sell through” promotional plans for key Industrial and 2-Step accountsProvide monthly (6 month) rolling sales and SKU forecast by businessCo-ordinate and participate in major trade shows with key accountsManage the business within assigned Co-op and T&E budgetsProvide feedback on competitive activity to the marketing groupManage the training of End Users on new products throughout the territoryDrive sales growth with key distribution partnersDevelop clear and effective written proposalsDetermine strategic planning related to new product linesEstablish organization policies and procedures in relation to salesLead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manager negotiations of sales contractsGaining inventory support at the distributor level to support growth in the markets servedPerform other duties as requiredPost-secondary education in Sales/Marketing or relative field of study3+ years’ experience in industrial tools and or accessory sales with a record of demonstrated achievementsExperience conducting product training in the industrial and rental channelsProficiency in using SAP/BW and Microsoft Office suite of productsStrong planning, organizational and interpersonal communication skillsTeam player and client focused individualProven ownership of work, doing what is needed without being asked, following throughHighly motivated and able to work with minimal supervisionP.C. Skills – Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point Must be flexible for occasional overnight travelExcellent time and territory management skillsAnticipated compensation for this role is $70,000-$85,000 in annual base salary. Salary is based on market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to receive a discretionary sales incentive bonus which at target is equal to 20% of salary. All bonuses are subject to plan terms and are based on the achievement of defined objectives.
