Primary Focus
The Communications Consultant is a key member of the Marketing & Communications division at Luther Care Communities (LCC), responsible for executing communications strategies that support organizational priorities, operational goals, and a resident‑first culture. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, this role translates strategic direction into clear, coordinated, and measurable communications plans and deliverables across internal and external audiences.

Working cross‑functionally with all divisions, the role plans, develops, and delivers communications initiatives that align with organizational priorities, reinforce brand standards, and support decision-making. This includes content development, campaign execution, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring, as well as contributing to the creation of authentic stories through written, visual, and digital content.
