Inside Sales Representative

Remote | Full-Time | $40,000-$50,000 USD annual salary | 9 AM–5 PM California PST

Golden Home Access is a mission-driven and fast-growing startup based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

America's aging population is growing rapidly. 90% of seniors want to stay in their home instead of moving into a senior care facility. We install essential safety and mobility equipment like stairlifts and wheelchair ramps to help seniors stay in their homes longer.

Who we're looking for

In the short-term, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads, booking appointments, and managing our sales pipeline in the CRM.

In the long-term, you will be a leader within our company, responsible for hiring, training, and managing our sales team that executes a sales / go-to-market strategy that you work directly with the owners / founders to build.

You're a fit if

• You are a fluent or native English communicator
• You love being on the phone and great with people
• You've worked B2C sales, customer success, or appointment setting for a U.S. based company
• You care about helping families make important, emotional decisions
• You have experience working in home services, senior care, or construction industries
