As a Senior Account Manager, you'll leverage 5+ years of SaaS account management experience to own renewals and expand business with existing clients. Your strategic skills will guide account plans and foster executive alignment, ensuring customers achieve their goals. You'll conduct quarterly business reviews to showcase success metrics and engage with stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end renewal process for accounts

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities effectively

• Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

• Lead structured quarterly business reviews with clients

• Develop comprehensive account plans aligned to customer needs

Requirements:

• 5+ years of account management in a SaaS setting

• Excellent Dutch communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proven success managing multiple accounts concurrently

• Strong understanding of renewal processes and revenue drivers

• Skilled in forecasting and risk management
