You'll bring our renowned red-carpet service directly to clients' homes, assessing their needs and providing customized window treatment solutions. All leads are provided—no cold calling or door knocking required.

Our Shop-at-Home team works collaboratively with retail locations and is essential to our company-wide success.

• Conduct in-home consultations and establish immediate rapport with clients
• Visualize and recommend design solutions tailored to each space
• Take precise field measurements for accurate pricing
• Meet or exceed established sales targets through self-accountability
• Maintain strong relationships with retail locations in your territory
• Coordinate with operations support and installers to ensure timely project completion
• Provide exceptional follow-up service and resolve any customer concerns

• 1+ years of in-home sales experience (design consulting or home decor preferred)
• Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with computer systems for orders, pricing, and payments
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
