SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER – Saskatoon Branch (Immediate Openings)
Position Summary FLOFORM seeks a Sales Account Manager to foster profitable relationships with new and existing Clients (Dealers, Designers, Commercial, Architecture). The role serves as the primary business contact within a designated area.
Desired Skills & Experience 4–7 years of sales experience
Proactively building business in an assigned segment
Basic computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and ability to learn other software
Problem‑solving skills
Diplomacy and respect when handling challenging situations
Effective verbal communication skills
Basic mathematical skills
Effective selling and follow‑up skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and goals independently
Physical ability to lift 25–60 lbs
Readiness to travel to local clients daily, and to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s licence and satisfactory criminal record check
Duties and Responsibilities Provides regular two‑way communication between clients and the company, representing the company strongly and setting expectations
Establishes and maintains an active account listing of all Architect/Design/GC and Millwork accounts
Understands the company’s capabilities and services and effectively communicates all offerings to the client
Provides quotes on jobs and aids in product selection
Promotes new products and colour lines and participates in product selection, launches, and social media marketing
Manages dealer display boards and sample orders
Prepares and conducts sales presentations
Monitors sales trends and reports on trends and budgets
Represents the company with relevant professional associations, and conducts client visits to develop and maintain customer loyalty
Supports commercial projects by facilitating orders, managing colour boards, and tracking project status
Coordinates supply when required
Processes material takeoffs for purchasing
Provides quotes and may enter orders/quotes into the computer system and confirms product availability
Responds to customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating activities with other departments as necessary
Other duties as assigned
