We are currently engaged on behalf of a top-tier, global client-focused investment firm seeking a Private Client Advisor to join their high-performance sales team. The Opportunity

As a Private Client Advisor
, you will focus exclusively on new client acquisition. You’ll be provided with warm, qualified leads (C $500K+ investable assets) and operate in a sales role that is both entrepreneurial and supported by an established platform. There is no requirement for ongoing portfolio management or service duties—your energy is spent where it counts: converting qualified prospects into clients.

This role is remote, with territory coverage within driving distance, giving you autonomy and flexibility to manage your success. The firm offers a proven marketing engine, robust sales infrastructure, and a supportive environment where performance is recognized and rewarded

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage high-net-worth prequalified prospects through scheduled consultations (leads provided).
  • Conduct personalized, needs-based discussions to present tailored investment solutions.
  • Convert prospects into long-term clients through a consultative sales approach.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding, portfolio construction, and relationship management—so you can stay focused on new business development.
  • Maintain a disciplined and proactive approach to outreach and activity tracking.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • IIROC licensed as a Dealing Representative (Investment Dealer) for at least 2 of the past 5 years.
  • Proven ability to sell and provide investment advice on individual securities.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful high-net-worth client acquisition experience.
  • Strong record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a competitive, KPI-driven environment.
  • Comfortable with a high volume of phone and in-person activity.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a remote, results-oriented role.
