As a critical member of our team, the Account Manager will oversee engagement for mid-to-large clients at Domaine, the largest independent Shopify partner. This role requires not only managing client relationships but also ensuring each project stays on track and thrives throughout its lifecycle. Your strategic mindset will help in identifying potential growth avenues for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular client check-ins and handle project escalations

• Uncover new client opportunities and recommend upsells

• Work with production to effectively meet client needs

• Prepare strategic recommendations in collaboration with design teams

• Identify and mitigate project risks collaboratively

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in account management or sales

• Strong grasp of e-commerce platforms and web development essentials

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Google Apps, Microsoft Office, and Figma

• Willingness to travel for business engagements
