Join Yokohama as a Sales Account Manager focusing on the consumer division in Eastern Ontario. Leverage your skills to grow the brand's market presence through active engagement.
As a Sales Account Manager, your role is critical in expanding Yokohama’s reach across Eastern Ontario. You will establish lasting customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor for clients. Collaborating with several internal teams, you will lead initiatives aimed at driving sales and ensuring customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Provide clear communication and support for warranty claims
• Analyze local market trends and customer needs
• Lead informative product training sessions
• Prepare regular reports on sales and forecasts
Requirements:
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in automotive
• College diploma or degree in a relevant field
• Familiarity with the tire industry preferred
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
