Leggat Auto Group is looking for a Sales & Acquisitions Specialist (Pre-Owned) to join our growing pre‑owned division! , you can source and sell across a massive network, giving you the ability to say yes to more customers and close more deals. From entry‑level vehicles to high‑end luxury, trucks, and specialty units, your opportunity to earn is significantly expanded.

The Role

This is a dual‑focus position combining pre‑owned sales and acquisition. You will work with customers looking to purchase while also actively sourcing vehicles through trade‑ins, service drive opportunities, leasing portfolio opportunities, and outbound prospecting.

What You’ll Do
  • Sell pre‑owned vehicles using a consultative, customer‑first approach
  • Leverage access to group inventory and leasing channels to locate the right vehicle every time
  • Actively acquire vehicles through trades, private purchases, service drive, and lease portfolio opportunities
  • Follow up on all leads and build a strong pipeline through CRM activity
  • Conduct test drives, appraisals, and present vehicle options with confidence
  • Work closely with management to structure deals and maximize opportunities
  • Build long‑term relationships that drive repeat and referral business
What You Bring
  • A strong drive to succeed in a performance‑based environment
  • Sales experience in automotive or other industries is an asset
  • Confidence in communication, negotiation, and closing
  • Ability to prospect and generate your own opportunities
  • Strong organizational and CRM discipline
  • A competitive mindset with a team‑oriented approach
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays
Compensation & Growth

Compensation:
On Target Earnings of $100,000+ with commission and bonus pay structure

Schedule:

40 hour work week with a rotating schedule including Saturdays
