In this hybrid role, you will connect with customers and internal teams, handling product and order inquiries effectively. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong relationship management and possess analytical skills to support sales opportunities. You will play a key role in enhancing customer experiences and ensuring smooth operations across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain strong customer relationships and assist Territory Managers
• Process orders and manage customer inquiries
• Gather and analyze sales data for strategic insights
• Communicate with Outside Sales Managers for cohesive service
• Resolve customer claims and complaints efficiently
Requirements:
• Degree in Public Relations or Business Administration
• 3-5 years of inside sales or administrative experience
• Mining industry experience preferred
• Strong Excel and digital tool proficiency
• Excellent communication skills in English;
French is a plus
