Lead market expansion as Conti Tech’s Industrial Sales Manager for Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Engage with key players in the industrial sector to drive business growth. In this pivotal position, you will oversee all sales functions in the assigned regions.
Your responsibilities include identifying new customer opportunities, training distributors on products, and participating in industry events. You will also utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships effectively and reach annual sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and nurture partnerships in the industrial market
Sell engineered products via Continental's distributor network
Educate clients on product applications and perks
Implement regular meetings with existing and potential customers
Attend trade shows to showcase offerings
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering required
At least 2 years in industrial sales preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with CRM systems
Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
