Schedule:
Monday to Friday, daytime.
Responsibilities Manage and prioritize customer requests coming through email, phone, and online sales channels.
Respond to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions based on the situation.
Follow up on requests and promptly inform key personnel of customer feedback regarding prices, products, and service.
Maximize sales to existing customers by suggesting alternative and complementary products.
Work closely with outside sales staff to coordinate efforts and share insights.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product lines and the systems used to support sales.
Negotiate special prices and terms with customers when required.
Qualifications Experience in B2B sales.
Strong people skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Resourceful, resilient, and able to find solutions in challenging situations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
