Join Panoptyc as their Sales Director and lead transformative sales strategies remotely across the U.S. Drive team success while engaging directly with enterprise clients in cutting-edge AI solutions.
In this strategic Senior Director of Sales role, you will personally own key deals while also mentoring your sales force. You’ll be integral in strengthening distribution partnerships and building effective sales processes in a rapidly evolving market. You are expected to actively sell and influence your team for outstanding performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead core revenue initiatives and sales team operations
• Develop and manage key sales KPIs
• Execute sales forecasting and territory management
• Recruit and establish a high-performing sales culture
• Optimize customer success and account growth strategies
Requirements:
• Demonstrated sales leadership experience within the past 1-3 years
• Track record of achieving $20M+ revenue in fast-paced environments
• Hands-on selling experience with a player-coach approach
• Strong preference for Mid-Market/SMB backgrounds
• Must be ready to travel frequently to support the team
