Soleno designs, manufactures, and distributes high-quality HDPE products to efficiently, ecologically, and sustainably manage rainwater. We operate several manufacturing and distribution facilities in Eastern Canada.

We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to cover the Atlantic Canada territory.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the incumbent will be responsible for promoting Soleno products through regular visits to both existing and potential clients in the region.

• Present and promote our solutions, products, and services to both existing and potential clients, using compelling arguments tailored to their needs;
• Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting company objectives;
• Support projects from the proposal stage through to delivery, providing high-quality after-sales service;
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adapt our sales strategies;
• Quickly identify customer needs and issues and implement effective solutions to maximize satisfaction;
• Actively contribute to achieving the company’s revenue targets;
• Participate in corporate events and deliver persuasive presentations of the company to clients.

• College diploma in civil engineering and/or three (3) years of experience in sales and business development;
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Knowledge of the Microsoft environment (BI & NAV);
• Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills;
• Bilingualism (an asset);
• Willingness to travel and maintain a strong field presence.
