Personal & Commercial Banking

• Target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.
• Build and maintain a mortgage sales pipeline, cultivating solid customer relationships.
• Participate in targeted sales training to strengthen sales skills and credit knowledge.
• Use the sales management system to track prospects, activities, and performance.
• Collaborate with the Senior District Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions.
• Represent TD’s brand and contribute to achieving sales targets.

• Self‑starter, independent and self‑managed; thrives in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
• Exceptional sales skills with a proactive and strategic approach to developing a customer base.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship‑management skills.
• Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is preferred.
• Post‑secondary education (preferred).
