What You’ll Do- Handle inbound leads fast and professionally
- Work showroom traffic and create opportunities daily
- Follow up aggressively using phone, text, email, and social media
- Build trust with customers and guide them through the buying process
- Present financing, warranty, and vehicle protection options confidently
- Stay organized with CRM follow‑up and appointment setting
- Post and market inventory online and on social platforms
- Create repeat and referral business through exceptional service
- Hit and exceed monthly sales targets
- Automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong closer mentality
- Confident communicator with high energy
- Competitive mindset and solid work ethic
- Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced setting
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Excellent phone and people skills
- Ability to overcome objections and ask for the sale
- Self‑motivated and accountable
- Valid driver’s license
