As part of the Advance Auto Parts team, you will tackle advanced automotive challenges for DIY customers while achieving sales goals and maintaining store operations.

Your role involves extensive customer interaction, advanced automotive diagnostics, and the upkeep of high service standards. Strong parts knowledge and communication skills are essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert customer service and DIY solutions

• Support GAS3 selling experience across various channels

• Manage services including battery and wiper blade installs

• Maintain high standards of store appearance

• Assume key holder responsibilities when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years in automotive parts experience

• Demonstrated sales ability and transaction fulfillment

• ASE certification is advantageous

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong organizational and communication skills
