Account Manager – APAC Hospitality Sales
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our APAC Hospitality Sales team. You will be responsible for managing inbound sales for hospitality venues in the APAC market, building rapport with merchants, understanding their objectives and ensuring they receive the best solutions to achieve their goals.
What you’ll be doing :- Act as a trusted Account Manager to customers inquiring about Lightspeed offerings, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Build trust and rapport, demonstrate active listening, focus on upselling and maximizing account growth in every interaction.
- Guide qualifying customers through upgrade paths from basic to advanced platforms.
- Demonstrate software solutions from core POS products to modules and upgrades.
- Handle reactive upsells from inbound sales and expansion of monthly recurring revenue.
- Build strong retailer advocacy, increasing hospitality owners empathy and understanding throughout the company.
- Contribute to the wider team to achieve organizational objectives, even outside the scope of the role.
- Experience in account management, sales development representative, or similar roles carrying a sales quota.
- Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
- Ability to use and other technologies to manage and organize pipeline.
