Nex Gen HVAC & Plumbing is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in La Habra, CA. This full-time role focuses on driving sales through proven in-home expertise and customer solutions.

Join our Air & Heat divisions to leverage your sales skills in a rapidly growing home services environment. Ideal candidates will possess strong in-home sales experience, specifically in HVAC. Engage with homeowners, prepare estimates, and coordinate with teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle qualified inbound leads and follow-up opportunities

• Consult with homeowners and present tailored solutions

• Prepare estimates and close sales effectively

• Coordinate with dispatch and field teams for seamless service

• Track activities and results in our CRM for KPI achievement

Requirements:

• Proven in-home sales experience in HVAC

• Industry experience specifically in air & heat

• Strong communication and consultative selling skills

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

• Proficient in CRM systems with follow-through ability
