Junior RV Parts Sales Specialist

Location: Martensville

Join the team at Traveland RV Supercentres as a Junior Parts Specialist focused on sales and customer outfitting. Deliver outstanding service by assisting customers with RV accessory needs.

In this position, about 70% of your time will be dedicated to driving sales by consulting with customers on their RV requirements. You will prepare quotes, manage parts orders, and coordinate installations with RV techs while ensuring inventory is optimized.

Your role will contribute to customer satisfaction and successful outfitting experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with parts selection and upgrades

• Conduct thorough sales consultations for RV systems

• Quote prices and manage accessory sales orders

• Follow up on quotes to secure sales approvals

• Support promotional efforts for seasonal parts

Requirements:

• Experience in retail or RV parts is a plus

• Strong customer service and sales skills

• Comfortable with inventory management processes

• Ability to work weekends and adaptable in tasks

• Excellent communication abilities for customer interactions
