Ferguson is looking for a Sales Support Representative to provide outstanding customer service and sales support. This full-time role features a Monday to Friday schedule.

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with Sales associates to fulfill customer needs effectively. Responsibilities include delivering accurate sales quotes, managing orders, and ensuring smooth delivery coordination. Successful candidates will excel in responding swiftly to customer inquiries while leveraging CRM technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Sales associates to identify best solutions

• Provide accurate sales quotes and manage orders

• Coordinate timely deliveries for customer satisfaction

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues

• Implement CRM and phone systems efficiently

Requirements:

• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience

• Plumbing or HVAC experience preferred

• Strong skills in upselling and customer interactions

• Quick decision-making and responsiveness required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
