Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound client calls

• Assess client needs and provide accurate quotes

• Promote Square One and enhance brand reputation

• Address online chat and email inquiries promptly

• Process payment issues and policy adjustments

Requirements:

• Two years experience in insurance sales, especially in call centers

• Active OTL General Insurance License in Ontario

• At least one year with the current employer

• High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred

• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
