Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and implement the Customers for Life sales process

• Profile and advise prospective customers effectively

• Collaborate with Sales Agronomist(s) for expert advice

• Manage and review customer accounts frequently

• Forecast revenue and manage inventory effectively

Requirements:

• Three or more years of sales experience in agriculture retail

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Agriculture preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency with technology and social media tools

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
