Using our ERP system to access customer and product information
Entering sales orders and maintaining accurate records
Coordinating delivery schedules with production
Determining shipping requirements using product dimensions and weights
Providing professional customer service by phone and email
Experience or qualifications that are an asset:
Customer service, front counter, or inside sales experience
Experience using ERP, POS, accounting, inventory, or CRM software
Interest in manufacturing, industrial products, transportation, agriculture, or logistics
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Post-secondary education in business, administration, sales, or a technical field
