Bobcat Junior Sales Specialist

Earthworks Equipment is a locally owned and operated company with deep roots in Saskatoon. As an authorized dealer for  Bobcat, Kubota, and Develon , we proudly serve the construction, agricultural, industrial, and acreage markets.

We are looking for a relationship-focused Sales Representative to take over an  established customer portfolio . This is an excellent opportunity to build on existing relationships while growing your book and representing industry-leading equipment with strong support from our Parts and Service teams.

What You’ll Do

Sell Bobcat compact equipment, attachments, warranties, and related solutions.

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Visit customer sites to understand their needs and recommend equipment solutions.

Deliver exceptional after-sales support.

Prepare quotes, complete sales documentation, and maintain customer information in our CRM.

Use online selling platforms to reach new customers.

What We’re Looking For

New or established salespersons.

Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Experience in construction, agriculture, equipment, or a related industry is an asset.

Comfortable using CRM systems and other business software.

Compensation:  $70,000 Salary + Manufacture spiffs

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (only 4–6 half-day Saturdays per year)
