As the Genesis Experience Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding customers through their vehicle selection journey. Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate strong connections with customers
• Oversee the sales process from inquiry to follow-up
• Conduct effective vehicle sales aligned with dealership policies
• Ensure positive treatment for all potential customers
• Share in-depth product knowledge and perform demonstrations
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales required
• Strong grasp of automotive technologies
• Valid Saskatchewan Driver's License necessary
• Self-motivated and results-oriented approach
• Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
