Key Responsibilities:
• Lead total revenue generation across multiple streams

• Manage and coach a high-performance sales team
• Partner with Revenue Management for optimal pricing strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• 5+ years of sales leadership experience
• Demonstrated success in driving event and group sales
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Delphi
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
