Take your automotive expertise to Ens Toyota in Saskatoon as a Parts Advisor. Your customer service skills will shine as you assist both customers and team members with parts needs.
This full-time position requires a strong automotive background and commitment to providing outstanding service. As part of our team, you will be responsible for looking up parts, processing payments, and maintaining part inventory while providing excellent support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Look up and identify necessary parts for customers
• Process billing and payments for shop orders
• Address customer inquiries with accuracy
• Handle minor complaints tactfully and efficiently
• Support inventory management and stock organization
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in automotive parts
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized with a positive attitude
• Valid Saskatchewan Driver's License required
• Proficiency with computer systems and software
