In this full-time position, your focus will be on connecting with customers through various channels and helping them navigate their vehicle selections. Ideal candidates have at least three years of customer-facing experience, are driven by results, and possess strong communication abilities. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining client relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the purchase process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and create a professional atmosphere

• Provide insights on car performance and financing options

• Keep the customer database current for future sales

• Conduct engaging vehicle presentations and demonstrations

• Follow up with previous clients for referrals and repeat business

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 for insurance compliance

• Valid CA-issued Driver’s License needed

• 3+ years of relevant customer-facing experience

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Must have flexible availability, including weekends
