The Quotations Specialist is responsible for interpreting specifications from various stakeholders while ensuring optimal pricing and order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze project requirements to draft quotations
• Prepare accurate submittal packages for customers
• Engage in pricing negotiations and delivery coordination
• Ensure follow-up on quotation status for order fulfillment
• Investigate and resolve customer or vendor issues as needed
Requirements:
• 1 year of related contractor sales experience preferred
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office tools
• Proven communication skills for effective teamwork
• High attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Capacity to learn order processing software efficiently
